About the Job

We are looking for experienced Zoho Developers who has good knowledge in ZOHO products like Zoho CRM/ Sales IQ/ Analytics and should have worked with a CRM (Sales) Team of 50 members.

Building workflows and automation in Zoho
Prepare Customized Management Reporting Dashboard
Act as internal Zoho support to troubleshoot queries/issues
Plan, implement and manage process change initiatives with respective departments’ heads
Creating , testing and consuming API’s
Writing custom functions, basic integration, perform testing and debugging the functionality
Functional and technical understanding of Zoho application
Manage/Execute third party application integration (WhatsApp /Telecaller /Analytics)
Manage End to end sales process (Lead–opportunity–contract)

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Must have Skills: Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Deluge scripting, SQL (Minimum 1 years of experience in all the skillsets).

- PHP Framework & MVC
- REST & SOAP API
- Google Analytics
- JIRA Project Manager Azure
- Google Cloud
- TFS
