About the Job

A Bond Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth and resolving customer complaints.
Candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work closely with teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Educating prospective clients about the various debt (fixed income)products
Understanding prospective Clients Investment Philosophy in lines with existing Fixed Income portfolio if any
Advising clients on various investment opportunity linked to their risk appetite
Managing existing & inbound queries from existing client base
Hand Holding client end to end and Responsible for closing the secondary trade transaction
Assisting clients with online applications for Primary Issuances like Debt IPO and SGB
Assisting and troubleshooting for ensuring smooth KYC in coordination with Operations team
Addressing queries related to the product and process, end to end transaction closure.
Preparing MIS reports for internal use.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ MBA / PGDBM/ MMS in Finance or Marketing domain
Must have Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good to have: Conversant with MS-Excel
